All of our products are formulated and packaged in California by the same manufacturers that make some of your favorite skincare products. Our manufacturers are proud American manufacturers that deliver products that are clean, effective, and environmentally conscientious. their facility complies with regulations from the USDA, NSF, FDA, and the Department of Health & Human Services. 

Some of our products, like our Serum and Night Cream, contain retinols and acids that can irritate sensitive skin. If you have sensitive skin we recommend sticking to Mask 01, Day Cream 01, and and Body Oil 01. ut don’t worry, we’re working on product lines specifically geared toward sensitive skin. We're animal lovers too! All of our products are vegan, except Scrub 01 and Serum 01 which contain honey.

We do limited runs on all our products in order to reduce waste. We only want to produce what people are willing to buy. This is the same reason we have our Community and get interest in our products before we produce them - excess product is bad for business and bad for the environment.

A brand tax is what results from the extra spending notable name brands devote towards the marketing of their brand and the distribution of their products. It includes the millions companies spend on marketing activities: ad campaigns, celebrity endorsements, commercials - that they then pass on to the consumer. You’re literally paying to have the product marketed to you.

Yes and No. We use many of the same core ingredients as your favorite brands, but our full ingredient list is never identical. In all cases, we took the core ingredient combinations that make a product great, then added our own twist on it - making it even better in many cases. 

That mask you love? We thought it would be better as a night cream so we lightened the texture so you could use it daily. Then we added retinol to give your skin a boost. Where we could, we used certified organic ingredients and added a few touches we thought were missing in the original. 

We started with our own favorites, then we did research to find out what your favorites were. We aim to only make the best in each product category.

yes! If you bundle products together, you get a combined discount reflected in your cart. Alternately, we have several bundles already created that you can add to cart.

Currently we only sell to the USA, but we're hoping to expand our shipping capabilities soon!

This means that the product has not yet arrived in our warehouse, but that you can reserve your product in advance. In some cases, we sold out and are producing another batch.

In other cases, it's a brand new product that we're producing a limited quantity of. If you order a pre-order product, it will ship as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. We do our best to provide accurate timing estimates on our website, but occasionally there are unforeseen delays.

Shipping is free on orders over $60. For orders under $60, shipping is determind by location.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased from our website. If you aren't completely satisfied with your product within 30 days of ordering it, just send an email to hello@sameskincare.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.

Please reach out to our Customer Care Team here with your order number and which products you wish to return or exchange and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to send back to us. 

We offer free US ground shipping on orders over $60, and standard ground and express shipping by location for orders under $60.
