It's officially summer! And that means sun, sand and skincare?!?! Yes, just because you're on vacation doesn't mean your skin is. In fact, this is the time to pay extra attention to your skin, to make sure it looks as relaxed as you feel.
1. Don't forget SPF
Basking in the sun is one of summer's most enjoyable activities, but that means your skin needs extra protection from the sun's rays - especially if you're using a retinol. Put SPF on in the mornin and don't forget to reapply during the day!
2. Moisturize (even when it's sticky out)
It may feel counterintuitive to moisturize when it's hot and sticky out, but just because your skin is wet on the outside doesn't mean it's hydrating on the inside.
3. Stay hydrated
Just like you can get dehydrated on the most humid of days, so can your skin. Drink water to keep yourself and your skin hydrated.
